There are two sets of results 1) standard results – who did the most laps in the least time. Winners were Team Jelley of EO who did 16 laps. 2) results adjusted for age and gender. The course had a slight change as maintenance was being carried out on electricity pylons and one of the usual paths between fields was blocked. There was a minor route change to get to the bottom, much appreciated on the way back up as it avoided some of the sand. - [Farley Heath MABAC 17.11.24](https://mabacleague.org.uk/2024/11/18/farley-heath-mabac-17-11-24/): Results as of 19.11.24: PDF, XLSX The sun came out for the last race of the MABAC league season, the car park wasn’t full of logs, and the route was possibly the driest it’s ever been. You could run straight through the middle of the bog at the bottom of the first hill. Many thanks to Pyrford Puffers and Waverley Harrier for organising, and Jenny for the timing.
- [Nonsuch Park MABAC 20.10.24](https://mabacleague.org.uk/2024/10/21/priory-park-2024-2/): Provisional results as of 22.10.24: PDF, XLSX A storm had been predicted and rain arrived just as the race started, though it wasn’t as bad as predicted. The ground was wet and there was mud in the usual places – especially the first sharp corner. Many thanks to Epsom Oddballs for marshalling in the rain – the course marking was very good – and to Jenny for doing the Timing. I’m afraid there were very few photos taken so I’ve shown one of the three trays of cakes that BVR consumed afterwards.

- [MABAC Pairs Relay 18th August 2024](https://mabacleague.org.uk/2024/08/18/pairs-relay-2024/): It was a nice dry day for the Pairs Relay, and some very fast times were done on the totally flat one lap course. The format this year was for each team to do as many laps as they could in one hour, and this was well received as everyone finished at more-or-less the same time. The power of chip timing allows the results to be interpreted in a number of different ways: Many thanks to Ken for organising the event, marking out the course, etc. Chip timing was provided by BVR.

Everyone liked the new course which had some very scenic bits and there was still the opportunity to go for a drink after finishing. Many thanks to Wimbledon Windmilers for organising. - [Denbies Vineyard 2024](https://mabacleague.org.uk/2024/06/13/denbies-vineyard-2024/): Results 18.06.24: PDF, XLSX There was a huge turnout at Denbies Vineyard for the 5th MABAC of the season, with around 100 new runners to be added to the club sheets. (Hence the slight delay in getting the results published). It was surprisingly cold for June, and there was even a little rain on the first lap. But a fun course as always, with a great downhill finish. Many thanks to DMV for organising.

There were just enough preceding warm days to dry out the 100% grass course, so it was good to run on though there were a couple of muddy ditches to jump over. - [Lightwater MABAC Results](https://mabacleague.org.uk/2023/09/11/lightwater-mabac-results/): It was a very hot day at Lightwater and there was hardly a puddle to be found. Many thanks to all the volunteers from Runnymede Runners for braving the heat and providing an extremely well marked / marshalled course. The top three places were taken by BVR (this has never happened before in any MABAC event?) who are now leading the league table a few points ahead of DMV, which should make the last races of the season very interesting. - [Nonsuch Park 2022 Final Results](https://mabacleague.org.uk/2022/10/24/nonsuch-park-2022-provisional-results/): Torrential rain before (and during) the event meant that conditions underfoot were tricky, with slippy roots, big puddles, slippy mud, and also big cracks as it has been a very dry Summer. - [Winterfold in December 2021](https://mabacleague.org.uk/2021/12/12/winterfold-in-december-2021/): The Winterfold MABAC was held on the 5th December 2021, Quickly arranged to allow more events in the league season 2021. Great turnout, a slight course adjustment, which seemed to throw a few runners astray, but all was sorted out and with positions agreed the results were sorted. - [Lightwater MABAC lives up to name !](https://mabacleague.org.uk/2019/09/22/lightwater-mabac-lives-up-to-name/): MABAC September 2019 was at Lightwater Country Park in Brilliant Sunshine, with a great turn out many of the Club members were looking forward to the undulating course with the final 1/2 mile drag uphill, with minutes to go the sky turning grey …. “one hour until it rains” came the shout :). First lap absolutely beautiful course .. Smiling Marshals ! Second Lap DRIZZLE (or Lightwater as we now name it) but those Marshals kept on Smiling – Thank you Runnymede Runners for a great morning out.
