Tuesday 5th August 2025 7.30pm

This is a 5 mile Cross Country event in the MABAC Running League series. The senior race is just over 8 km (5 miles) there are also joggers and junior events of about 4 km (2.5 miles). The event is open ONLY to members and guests of the MABAC clubs.

There is a very achievable 35 min cutoff on the first lap 2.5miles, anyone over the cutoff will be asked to go through the finish and immediately stop for 2 points.

The bar at the London Scottish Golf Club, next to the Windmill, will be open afterwards.

Pls use the car park by the Windmill.  It is not massive, so if you can car share that would be appreciated.  If it gets full, there is on street parking in Queensmere Rd (from 4pm) and Inner Park Rd (from 7pm).

At the moment, the car park is open until 9.30pm.  However, even after that time one side of the gates is left open to allow cars to exit.

Even if the car park gates are locked, the London Scottish Golf Club, where you are able to enjoy a drink after the race, has a key so cars can exit

We have also asked that the toilets by the Windmill are left open until 7.30.  Normally they are locked by 6.00 or 6.30.  After the race, I suggest you have a drink at the Golf Club and use their facilities
