This is a 5 mile Cross Country event in the MABAC Running League series. The senior race is just over 8 km (5 miles) there are also joggers and junior events of about 4 km (2.5 miles). The event is open ONLY to members and guests of the MABAC clubs.

Turn off the A3 at Ripley (A247). Follow the signs to A247 (South, Dorking) then A25 towards Dorking. Turn right at the Silent Pool, then 1st left down New Road. Follow this road, Brook Hill, Shophouse Lane, to Winterfold Heath Road. As the car parks are small, please try to car share and park in your club’s allocated car park.
