MABAC Pairs relays is a social event, to meet the other MABAC clubs, whilst taking part in the Relays.
This is great Fun. Blast it as an interval session or just enjoy it !

The Format
Two in a team – each runs a Flat 1k loop as many times in an hour 60 mins – Simple ? if you or your partner cross the line at 59.59 you can do an extra loop.
(Don’t worry if you can’t find a partner in advance – you can find one on the day).
The relays start at 11 am but you must register your “Duo” by 10.30 am. This is a FREE event open only to MABAC league clubs no points, no medals, only KUDOS for Joining in ? all competitors must be 17 years or older.
There will be chip timing so all lap times will be published and the results can be interpreted in several ways:
- Fastest team in each gender category (MM, FF, MF)
- Fastest age graded team, with result adjusted by gender category and combined team age
- Team that did the fastest lap.
The MABAC League will provide Beer, Wine and Soft drinks – you (or your Club) need to bring a picnic for after the run.
